Lina Constantinovici,
Chief Executive Officer
Lina is an entrepreneur, strategist, business advisor, and sustainability expert with over 20 years of experience building and growing companies. Over the past six years, Lina has worked with early-stage ventures as a startup advisor, a mentor for the Hub Ventures Accelerator and Cleantech Open, and has co-founded several incubators. As head of U.S. Operations, Lina contributed to building GrowVC: the first online, global marketplace for entrepreneurs. As a sustainability strategist, Lina has worked with Walmart, W Hotels, the EPA, the San Francisco Department of Environment on defining CSR strategic goals and on sustainability standards design. She currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of the Silicon Valley Environmental Partnership. Lina has an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School.

Kartika Tulusan-Chendorain, Chief Service Innovation Officer
Kartika is experienced in service design, sustainability, and information communication technologies. She has a deep understanding of how to innovate and co-create services and products through customer observations. She has implemented new services for startups, corporations, and NGOs that combine sustainability, design, and technical thinking. Prior to joining StartupNectar, Kartika was a Senior Business Analyst and Product Manager specializing in Content Management Systems at Accenture and VYRE in London. She has an MSc in New Media, Information and Society from London School of Economics and an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School.
Julie Sammons,
Biomimicry Advisor
Prior to launching the Bay Area Biomimicry Network, Julie’s career progressed from engineering billions of bacteria as a research scientist to attracting millions of media hits for community-powered networks. She is a member of the Full Circle Fund and served as a Venture Fellow with Investors’ Circle and sustainability advisor to the national Cleantech Open. Julie has a BS in Microbiology from the University of California, San Diego, an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School, and Biomimicry Specialist certification from the The Biomimicry Institute.
